The Boots for All story

Boots For All started as a family philanthropic initiative in 1999 before being registered as a charity in 2000.
Initially a kit donation scheme for underprivileged youngsters aspiring to play rugby it evolved into a programme which presented opportunities for youngsters to develop life skills through their participation in sport.
Boots For All partnered with Luctonians Sports Club in England and involved many schools and clubs across the country.
In South Africa the programme expanded to Hockey, Netball, Cricket and Football, many youngsters going on to achieve both sports and academic scholarships with the best going on to represent their respective provinces and some notable ones playing for their country.
Honorary Patron of BFA was Archbishop Emeritus Dr Desmond Tutu, the programme supports the Tutu Legacy Foundation to this day.
In addition, some of the more notable partners are the Army Sports Control Board, South Africa Rugby, Netball and Hockey South Africa, England Rugby,
